Dog Walk

6"x6" | oil on archival panel

This morning I decided, for my daily painting, I would paint something I saw on my daily dog walk. We were walking down the street by my house, and I liked the way the big pines were making shadows across the road and the spot of red, a stop sign at the end of the block.

Kota is one gorgeous dog! Love his/her coloring. And that street is amazing, Cathleen. Love the light and shadow play and it looks like an awesome place to live...not right in an urban area.
