Jalapenos and Habaneros -sold

The values turned out darker on this one. I started out using only purple, orange and green (and white) on my palette, but I realized that wasn't going to work for finishing the painting, but it made an interesting start.

Serrano Composition - SOLD

All of these objects for the daily paintings are just opportunities to explore composition, value and shadows. They could be any object. But I do like the peppers, the bright colors and forms. This bunch of peppers really caught my eye in the grocery, with the different colors.
