I just think your approach to painting is outstanding. I have been working with the palette knife for about a year. When I see some of your work, I think I should try a brush. Then I see this one and I think I should continue my learning with a palette knife. Clearly you are very skilled with both. What shape palette knife do you use for a painting like this? Enquiring minds want to know!
Your paintings of the farm and Columbia River are great. Thank you for sharing!

Hi Linda, Thank you for your kind comment! I used a sort of elongated oval shape palette knife. I think the challenge with paint is keeping your values organized, for what ever kind of painting tool you want to use. Best, Cathleen
