I used the 6"x6" version as a study for this larger painting.
Cars and urban scenes are a fun challenge in many ways, perspective is like a game... getting it all lined up to make sense.
This painting is for the upcoming show at The Dalles Art Center "Summer Color". The show features myself and two artist friends. Cathleen Rehfeld - Oils, Karen Watson - Pastels and Melanie Thompson - Ceramics. Opening Reception Thurs July 5 from 5-7pm, 220 E 4th St, The Dalles,OR (541) 296-4759
