I am going to be in an art show at The Dalles Art Center, in The Dalles Oregon. This show opens on Thursday May 2, reception is from 5-7pm. The show goes for the whole month of May. It's STUDIO SALE time again! The Gorge Artists Open Studios Tour is this weekend! Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10am - 5pm. You can get maps at any of the coffee shops in Hood River, OR. 29 Artists on the Tour this year, come to Hood River and check it out.

As you can tell, I am really into painting the Juniper Trees and Clouds that I saw on my trip to the Oregon High Desert.

Sometimes I just like trying to make a painting "feel" like a place that I was. When I was in Bend, OR, a couple of weeks ago, the weather was high desert showery, some snow, some rain, sun, everything Spring can throw at you.
